Where was Jesus put on trial?

Jesus was tried in several places in Jerusalem during one night and morning. First, He was taken to the house of Annas, the former high priest and father-in-law of Caiaphas, who questioned Him. Then He was sent to Caiaphas, the high priest, where members of the Sanhedrin gathered, false witnesses testified, and Jesus was condemned for blasphemy. Early in the morning, the council met again and sent Him to Pontius Pilate at the Praetorium, the governor's headquarters, probably Herod's palace on the western side of the city. Pilate found no basis for a charge. When he learned Jesus was from Galilee, he sent Him to Herod Antipas, the ruler of Galilee, who was in Jerusalem for the feast. Herod questioned Him, mocked Him, dressed Him in an elegant robe and sent Him back. Pilate then brought Him out to the Stone Pavement, Gabbatha, where he sat on the judgment seat, offered to release Barabbas and finally handed Jesus over to be crucified.
