Verse 73 names "Ramoth and Anem" in the territory of Issachar, given to the Gershonite Levites. The parallel list in Joshua 21:29 has Jarmuth, and Joshua 19:21 has Remeth, so these are probably the same town. It's often identified with Kokab el-Hawa, known as Belvoir, a Crusader castle on a hill overlooking the Jordan Valley, south of the Sea of Galilee. Verse 80 names "Ramoth in Gilead," a city of refuge given to the Merarite Levites, east of the Jordan, the same as Ramoth-gilead, usually identified with Tell Ramith near Ramtha in northern Jordan. The name means "heights," which is why several places had it. No events are recorded at the Issachar town, while Ramoth-gilead saw many battles.
